ConnPIRG and USG hosted a roundtable with Congressman Joe Courtney to discuss student debt and college affordability. ConnPIRG also delivered a thank you Valentine Card to the Congressman for authoring a bill to keep federal Stafford Loan interest rates from doubling in July.
