Trinity Votes YES for ConnPIRG
Thanks to everyone for your support of ConnPIRG at Trinity!
Students at Trinity overwhlemingly voted to reaffirm their support for ConnPIRG at Trinity.
Becuase we are a student funded, student directed organization, its important to us to go back to the community every several years to make sure we still have their support. Our basis of student support is what gives us the power to stand up to special interests in Hartford and Wahsington DC, and the resources to hire professional staff and run our campaigns.
Voter turnout almost trippled since the last on-campus vote and over 75% voted YES for ConnPIRG. Thanks for your support - now to get back to work....
